Authors reflect their personal experiences and inner emotions in their work. However, both of the above do not constitute their sole source of inspiration. Other personal interests and external events interfere, consciously or unconsciously, with the choice and treatment of the subject on which they concentrate. In the present case, I try to trace the relationship between my poems and certain personal experiences and external events which took place in my life. A few of the poems that are representative of this relationship are shown below. Click on each title to read them.
